Siena brings a decade of experience developing pay equity algorithms as a data scientist for Salesforce, one of the world's leading Fortune 500 companies. Siena holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Statistics from UCLA.
Charlie Oxborough

Charlie is a Privacy Engineer at OpenAI and has led a distinguished career in the UK Civil Service. Charlie brings extensive engineering experience developing security-first services in hand with legal, compliance, and policy teams. Charlie holds a Masters of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from University of Bristol and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIET).

Rovina brings over a decade of experience scaling strategy and operations across Deloitte, EY, The Access Group, and Salesforce. She has worked at the intersection of consulting, SaaS, and private equity portfolio companies, helping both startups and global enterprises unlock growth. Rovina holds a bachelor's degree from the M.J. Neeley School of Business.
